Kameravuokraamo.fi / Ilmavaltiaat Oy 2948586-5 (hereinafter the Online Store) rents products to Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms and prices. The prices of the products include value-added tax.

Ordering
Orders are best placed through the online shop, this ensures all details are provided correctly. Rental products are selected on the homepage by adding them to your basket. The order is submitted by paying for the contents of your basket in the online shop's checkout process. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, rental equipment prices, and delivery costs. An email address is required to place an order; an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation will show the ordered products and price.
Payment
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider, in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence. In the event of a complaint, please contact the camera rental service.

Payment methods
Online banks (Paytrail Oyj)
The customer must have online banking credentials available. All common Finnish banks are supported. The payment transaction will be debited directly from the customer's account in the online banking environment. Ordering and payment take place securely via a protected connection. The payment intermediary service for online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj, business ID: 2122839-7 in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj purchases the payment and remits it to the merchant.

Card payments (Paytrail Plc)
For card payments, you will need a valid Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Debit MasterCard card issued by a Finnish payment institution. The payment card details are not transmitted or stored by our online shop at any point. Our online shop uses the international Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode authentication services to verify the cardholder's identity. Authentication requires online banking credentials.

MobilePay
With MobilePay, you can pay in online shops without needing to enter your payment card details. You only need the MobilePay app on your phone.
MobilePay’s standard spending limits do not apply to online shops. You can therefore make purchases up to the spending limits on your payment card.
Delivery
Orders are posted on weekdays. The delivery time for products to be delivered is usually 1-2 working days. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the online shop's checkout function before final confirmation of the order.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must notify the supplier immediately. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
Order cancellation
It is possible to cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched. The fastest way to cancel an order is to reply to the order confirmation email and inform us of the cancellation. If you paid for your purchase via Paytrail Plc using a bank transfer, we will issue a refund through Paytrail and you will receive an email from them with instructions on how to receive your refund. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made directly back to your card.
If the order has already been dispatched, the shipment must be returned according to the customer return instructions.
Terms and Conditions of Tenancy
The tenant’s liability
The hirer is responsible for the hired equipment and its accessories from the moment they are handed over to the hirer or delivered to the address specified by the hirer, until they are returned to Kameravuokraamo. The hirer is obliged to handle the equipment with care and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Excess
The hirer’s liability for damage to, loss of or theft of the equipment is capped at €500 per incident. This excess does not apply to drones: in the case of drones, the hirer is fully liable for damage, loss or theft, up to the cost of repairing the equipment or its replacement value.
The excess shall not apply if the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence, if the equipment has been used in breach of these terms and conditions, or if the theft or loss has not been reported as described below. In such cases, the hirer shall be fully liable for the damage.
Theft and loss
Any theft or loss of the equipment must be reported to Kameravuokraamo immediately, and no later than the same day, by telephone on +358 40 583 7771 or by email to info@kameravuokraamo.fi. In addition, a police report must be filed without delay and a copy of it must be sent to Kameravuokraamo.
Locating equipment
Some of the hire equipment or its carrying cases may be fitted with a GPS tracker. The tracking function is used solely in the event of the equipment going missing or being stolen, or if the equipment has not been returned as agreed. Tracking data will not be used to monitor the renter’s movements or for any other purpose.
Right to use the device
Only the hirer or a person employed by the hirer and acting under the hirer’s responsibility is authorised to use the hired equipment. The equipment must not be sublet, lent or transferred to a third party. The hirer is also liable for any damage caused by the user of the equipment.
Excessive use
The equipment must be used in accordance with standard rental practices. Excessive use, such as time-lapse photography requiring a very large number of images or any other use that significantly increases wear and tear on the equipment, is prohibited unless a separate agreement has been made. The camera hire company reserves the right to charge for wear and tear resulting from unreasonable use, such as wear and tear to the shutter mechanism.
Equipment failure and limitation of liability
The camera hire company inspects the equipment before each hire. The hirer must check that the equipment is in working order immediately upon collection and report any faults straight away. If the equipment breaks down during the hire period through no fault of the hirer, the camera hire company will endeavour to provide a replacement or refund the hire charge for the unused portion of the hire period.
The camera hire company shall not be liable for consequential damages, such as the cancellation of a photo shoot, loss of earnings, loss of recordings or other damages resulting from equipment failure, damage, operational error or late delivery. The camera hire company’s liability is limited to a maximum of the amount of the hire fee paid.
Insolvency
If the hirer is declared bankrupt, enters into company reorganisation proceedings or is otherwise found to be insolvent during the hire period, the hire agreement shall terminate immediately and the hired equipment must be returned to Kameravuokraamo
