Kameravuokraamo.fi / Ilmavaltiaat Oy 2948586-5 (hereinafter the Online Store) rents products to Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms and prices. The prices of the products include value-added tax.

Ordering
Orders are best placed through the online shop, this ensures all details are provided correctly. Rental products are selected on the homepage by adding them to your basket. The order is submitted by paying for the contents of your basket in the online shop's checkout process. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, rental equipment prices, and delivery costs. An email address is required to place an order; an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation will show the ordered products and price.
Payment
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider, in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence. In the event of a complaint, please contact the camera rental service.

Payment methods
Online banks (Paytrail Oyj)
The customer must have online banking credentials available. All common Finnish banks are supported. The payment transaction will be debited directly from the customer's account in the online banking environment. Ordering and payment take place securely via a protected connection. The payment intermediary service for online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj, business ID: 2122839-7 in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj purchases the payment and remits it to the merchant.

Card payments (Paytrail Plc)
For card payments, you will need a valid Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or Debit MasterCard card issued by a Finnish payment institution. The payment card details are not transmitted or stored by our online shop at any point. Our online shop uses the international Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode authentication services to verify the cardholder's identity. Authentication requires online banking credentials.
Paytrail Oyj (company ID: 2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence. MobilePay
With MobilePay, you can pay in online shops without needing to enter your payment card details. You only need the MobilePay app on your phone.
MobilePay's normal usage limits do not apply in online stores. This means you can make purchases according to your payment card's usage limits.
Delivery
Orders are posted on weekdays. The delivery time for products to be delivered is usually 1-2 working days. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You will see the delivery costs in the online shop's checkout function before final confirmation of the order.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must notify the supplier immediately. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
Order cancellation
It is possible to cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched. The fastest way to cancel an order is to reply to the order confirmation email and inform us of the cancellation. If you paid for your purchase via Paytrail Plc using a bank transfer, we will issue a refund through Paytrail and you will receive an email from them with instructions on how to receive your refund. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made directly back to your card.
If the order has already been dispatched, the shipment must be returned according to the customer return instructions.
